Is KharchaTracker really free?+
Yes. Tracking, budgets, reports, udhaar, recurring entries and workspaces are all free to use.
Is my financial data private?+
Your data is stored in your own account and protected by row-level security, so only you and the members of workspaces you share can read it. We never sell or share it.
Can I use it with family or for my business?+
Yes. Create separate personal, family or business workspaces, each with its own currency, categories and members. Invite people with a seven-day link.
What is Udhaar?+
Udhaar tracks money you lent or borrowed per person. Record partial payments and see what is still pending or overdue.
Can I export or import my data?+
You can export transactions to CSV at any time and import them from CSV, so you are never locked in.
Which currencies are supported?+
Each workspace has its own currency, with PKR (Rs.) as the default. Amounts are stored as integers, never floats, so totals are always exact.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes. You can permanently delete your account and data from Settings whenever you like.
